INSTRUCTIONS FOR SENDING ELECTRONIC ASSEMBLIES PRINTED CIRCUIT CARDS, POWER SUPPLIES, AND EQUIPMENT.
First step is to obtain the Sending Autorization Number (SAN), then follow the next steps.
IMPORTANT : DO NOT SEND ANYTHING WHITOUT THE SAN THAT COULD CAUSE THE NON ACCEPTANCE OF THE PACKAGE AND THE RETURN TO ORIGIN.
Identification.
In a regular enveloppe include a bussiness card of the responsible person and a small written description of the problem the assy has.
Incude this enveloppe in the assembly box.
Packaging and protection .
The packaging must be adecuated to the dimensions characteristics and weight of the equipment to send, and must protect mechanically all equipment parts to avoid damage during transit.
PCB must be packaged using the adecuated antistatic precautions using a conductive bag, or antistatic box.
Sending.
With the equipment well packaged, download the prewritten label, fill up the data of your company , glue it to the box and call your carrier.
