PACKAGING AND SENDING INSTRUCTIONS.
After obtaining the Send Autorization Number, please follow the next steps for sending us any electronic subassembly, electronic board, instrument, or equipment to be serviced.
VERY IMPORTANT : DO NOT SEND ANY INSTRUMENT OR EQUIPMENT WHITOUT OBTAINING THE SEND AUTORIZATION NUMBER , THIS COULD CAUSE THE RETURN OF THE DELIVERY TO ITS ORIGIN.
Identification.
Introduce a bussiness card of the person that sends the subassy inside a enveloppe with a small description of the problem that the subassy has.
Put this bag with the equipment, subassy or electronic board.
Packaging and protection .
The packaging must be adecuate to the characteristics of the equipment, weight, dimensions, and fragility, must protect and avoid damage during transportation.
Electronic boards must be manipulated following a series of precautions.
Electronic boards must be packaged in a Conductive Bag in a Disipative bag or in a Antiestatic Box of the appropiate characteristics for the subassy, or PCB to send.

Sending.
With the equipement, or subasembly well protected and packaged, print the Address label and call your carrier to send it to us.
IMPORTANT : We do not accept deliveries not paid at origin.
